How do I view a product?
To view a product you will need to click on the store option in the menu on the right hand side. All of our products are divided into different categories simply click on the category you are after and it will take you to the different products. Once there you can select an individual product and have a closer look.
How do I place an order?
Simply click on the product you are after. In some products you will have a choice of sizes are colours, once you have selected an option choose your quantity then select the add to cart button.
How do I create a custom order?
To create a custom card order you will need to find the design you like go to the orders/contact page and let us know what you would like to change or add. For a dress or a toy if you would like to change the fabric please go to the swatches page find the swatch number you like then in the orders/contact page let us know the dress/toy design you like and the swatch number you would like it to be made in. If you would simply like something made from scratch again go to the orders/contact page and let us know what you would like us to make.
I have added an item to my cart how do I finish shopping/checkout?
Once you have shopping either click or hover your mouse over the cart option in the menu on the right. It will bring up a small box that will have your check out option. Click on the check out button and it will bring up a review of your shopping cart. Once you are happy select checkout again and continue on to the payment section.
I don't have Pay Pal can I still purchase my order online?
Yes you can! If you do not have a pay pal account you can select to pay by credit card. You will need to put in all your details on that page and click submit.
Can I purchase an order and not pay for it online?
We do have a direct deposit option available if you are unable or feel uncomfortable with paying online. If you would like to purchase an order this way go to the orders/contact page and let us know what product you would like to purchase as well as stating that you would like to pay via direct deposit. We will send you out a review of your order as well as the necessary payment details.
Are there refunds available?
We can offer a refund or exchange if the item sent out is the wrong one that was selected, wrong size or if there is an imperfection in the material.
